2. Quotes, Payments & Refunds

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • A deposit may be required before scheduling work.
  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Any late payments may be subject to additional fees or service delays.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed work, but we will address any concerns regarding quality in accordance with our service guarantee.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Weather-related delays may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or material shortages.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that the service area is clear of vehicles, debris, and other obstacles before work begins.
  • If work is delayed due to obstructions or lack of access, additional charges may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for following posted drying times and restrictions after services such as sealcoating or striping.

5. Liability & Warranty

  • OKC Parking Lot Maintenance is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or unforeseen underground issues (e.g., unstable soil, drainage problems).
  • We guarantee our workmanship for [insert warranty period, e.g., 12 months], excluding normal wear and tear.
  • Any claims regarding service defects must be reported within [insert claim period, e.g., 14 days] of job completion.
